You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in resalable condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a restocking fee may apply to large furniture items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
