Shipping policy
Shipping Information
We ship to the United States and internationally to over 25 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country — see the Customs, Duties & Import Taxes section below for details.
Processing Time
Most items are made or prepared to order by our manufacturing partners rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Because of this, please allow extra handling time before your order ships — typically 3–7 business days for processing, on top of transit time. Furniture items (desks, sofas, cabinets, and similar) generally take longer than small decor or accessories.
Delivery Time
United States: standard transit is typically 5–14 business days depending on your location and the size of the item.
International: standard transit is typically 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Large furniture pieces may ship in multiple boxes, and boxes from the same order can occasionally arrive on different days — this is normal and not a sign anything is missing. We recommend waiting a couple of extra days for all packages to arrive before reaching out about a partial delivery.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, contact us at info@averuna.co and we'll look into it.
Shipping Costs
United States: shipping is included in the product price at checkout.
International: a flat $49.00 shipping fee applies to orders under $399. Orders of $399 or more ship free, worldwide. This shipping fee covers transit only — it does not include any customs duties or import taxes (see below).
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are set by your local government, not by Averuna, and are separate from and in addition to your order total and shipping fee — we have no way to predict or collect them in advance.
Depending on your country, these fees may be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery (sometimes required before the package is released to you) or billed to you separately after delivery. If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, you may still be responsible for any duties already incurred, plus return shipping costs, and refunds may be reduced accordingly.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you want to estimate these charges in advance.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and photograph the damage, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and get a replacement or refund moving quickly.
